The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of the Old Town, making it easy to walk to all the major attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from, including freshly cooked omelets and French toast.
The bathroom could have been designed better, with no shower curtain in the tub shower making it slippery and difficult to avoid the floor getting wet. The toilet seat was also misaligned, which made it uncomfortable to use.

We had a great stay in a hotel located in a typical narrow street with hostels and restaurants all around. It was right in the center of the city's old quarter, and everything was within walking distance, including a lake and a church. the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, had good WiFi and a mini-bar. the rate was fantastic, and the building was well-lit and safe.
The noisy doorbells of other floors disturbed my sleep at times.

I recently had a lovely stay at a hotel in Hanoi. The location was superb, as it was close to all the attractions and right on a sweet street. It was just a short walk to the beautiful lake, which added to the charm of the stay. The hotel itself had everything I needed, from basic amenities to rooms with very efficient air conditioners. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure my every need was met. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious and offered a great variety of options.
All in all, I had a fantastic stay and there was nothing that I felt could be improved.

The location of the hotel was fantastic! We were able to walk to all the great spots in the city, including cafes and restaurants. the rooms were absolutely clean and spacious. the air conditioning worked really well and kept us cool during the hot weather. Another amazing thing about our stay was the breakfast, especially the freshly-cooked eggs and omelettes. the staff was very friendly and helpful, and they made sure we had everything we needed.
Despite having a nice balcony, there were no chairs or table provided, which was a bit of an inconvenience.

The hotel's location is perfect, situated in the heart of the old quarter on a sweet street. It's in a typical thin Asian backpackers street, making it a great base for exploring. The staff are amazing, welcoming you like family and always ready to help. The rooms are super clean and comfy, with very efficient air conditioners to keep you cool during the hot weather. Additionally, the breakfast is really excellent, with a good buffet selection or the option to order fresh cooked meals.
All was ok, no improvements needed.
